VISITORS TAX
The Visitors Tax fee is Euro 1.00 per person per day up to a maximum stay of 14 days.
Free for children up to 14 years of age.
BOOKING, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
1 – Deposit of 30% of the total amount due at time of confirmation by bank wire transfer.
2 – Full payment at arrival in cash, debit card, or credit card (Visa, Diners, Maestro, Mastercard).
CONFIRMATION THROUGH CREDIT CARD
Confirmation of booking through credit card is accepted ( only to guarantee booking. Payment will occur at arrival) for stays up to a maximum of 2 nights.
CANCELLATIONS:
No fee cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations past 7 days prior to arrival are charged at a rate of 30% of the total booking amount.
EARLY DEPARTURE OR NO-SHOW WILL BE CHARGED AT THE FULL RATE OF STAY.

MINIMUM STAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION
Walk-in daily stays are accepted.
Statutory Holidays stays (Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve) minimum 2 nights.
From July 1 to August 26 August 2017 minimum stay of 5 nights.
Check in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. of the arrival date.
Check out: by 10:00 a.m. of the departure date.
Pets are accepted on request at the time of booking.
Price EURO 5 per night.
Dogs must be kept on leash in all common areas.
